Leadership
James Morrissey, CEO
James brings over twenty-five years of experience in the medical device industry. His background is focused on anesthesia safety, monitoring, information systems, EMRs and interventional devices for surgical applications. He began his career with J&J’s Critikon division and the Valleylab division of Pfizer. He was a founder of Electroscope, Inc. and helped guide it through a successful IPO. He assisted early-stage Novacept, Inc. while it grew its revenues from zero to $78 million in three years. James received his BBA in Marketing and Finance from Belmont University.
George Huey, Chief Information Officer
George Huey joined AneScan in 2015 after 40 years of experience in the computer industry. Previously, George worked as an International Consultant working in places like New Zealand, Australia, Saudi Arabia, China, Netherlands, and United Kingdom. George worked for Microsoft from 1995 to 2015 where he was their Principal Architect working with companies across all verticals in bringing their applications to the cloud. George received his BSEE from Missouri State Central University.
David Anderson, Director of Operations
David Anderson joined AneScan in the spring of 2015. Before AneScan David was director of operations for one of the fastest growing wireless retailers in the southeast with responsibilities including operations, new site development, software development, training and support. Since joining AneScan David has worked with facilities and anesthesia providers to evaluate the clinical workflow and propose a custom solution for each facility. David is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
